Article 1. Termination, Cancellation and Refund

1.1 If the user violates the terms set forth in this agreement, Boostfeel may terminate the services provided to the user without prior notice and unilaterally terminate the agreement. In this case, the fees previously paid by the user will not be refunded.

1.2 In case of non-payment by the user of fees related to newly initiated or expired services, Boostfeel may terminate the services and the contract. In this case, the fees previously paid by the user will not be refunded.

1.3 The user may terminate the contract at any time by notifying 5 business days in advance by mail and/or e-mail. In this case, the fees previously paid by the user will not be refunded. However, the user must pay the fees that he / she has committed to pay until the end of the contract and has not yet paid.

1.4 Refund Guarantee Boostfeel is confident in its service quality and believes that it can satisfy its customers. As an indication of this, Boostfeel offers its new service users an unconditional full refund guarantee for 7 days from the date of purchase without giving any reason. Boostfeel pays the refund amount to the user within 15 business days after the return is finalized. Boostfeel reserves the right not to sell new services to users who benefit from this guarantee.
9.5 Users whose services are terminated due to behavior contrary to the Boostfeel Service Usage Agreement cannot benefit from the refund guarantee.
